The LG-1080s laser safety glasses have an excellent OD 7+ at the 1080nm wavelength commonly used by laser cleaning systems. 1080 nm lasers require laser safety glasses with very high OD levels of 7+ and LB6 or LB7 L ratings. They have a VLT ( Visible Light Transmission of 55%) and are a modern wrap around style with removeable Rx insert allowing prescription glasses to be fitted underneath.
