The LG-998 laser safety glasses are an excellent solution to protecting against 1080nm laser used for laser cleaning. They combine a very high OD of 7+ at 1080nm with a reduction of the visible glow (outside the 1080nm) caused when the laser heats the surface up. They are a universal fit that works well wit or without prescription glasses underneath.
