When seeking protection against 1064nm and ND YAG lasers it is important to have a very high optical density. An optical density of around 6+ at a minimum is required and often an OD 7+ or more.
The LG-001 laser safety glasses provide an optical density of 7+ at 1064nm so cover most Nd YAG lasers. They are a universal fit that works with or without prescription glasses underneath. More information on the LG-001 can be found via the below link.
