The LG-998 laser protective glasses provide a very high OD 10+ and OD 7+ level of protection at 1064nm , 1070 nm , 1080 nm and 1100 nm wavelengths commonly used in laser cleaning systems. In addition to protecting against 1064nm they reduce the visible glow (outside the 1080nm) caused when the laser heats the surface up. The LG-998 laser protective glasses are a fitover style that works well with or without prescription glasses underneath.
