Lasers used in dentistry are typically in the infrared wavelength range between 800nm and 1550nm. Due to the wavelengths being outside of the visible spectrum high visibility can be achieved.
There are several different style options available such as fitover styles to allow prescription glasses to be worn underneath, modern wrap around styles or laser glasses with Rx inserts allowing prescription lenses or magnifiers to be fitted.
