The LG-016 laser safety glasses provide targeted protection for 785nm, 810nm, and 830nm diode laser wavelengths, making them suitable for medical, scientific, and industrial environments across Australia. Diode lasers in this range are widely used for therapeutic treatments, research applications, fibre-coupled systems, and industrial sensing technologies.

The LG-016 offers OD 6+ protection from 800–818nm and OD 5+ protection from 785–830nm, covering the most common wavelengths used in high-power NIR diode systems. This protective range ensures attenuation of both continuous-wave and pulsed diode laser emissions.

With a 61% Visible Light Transmission (VLT), the LG-016 maintains excellent clarity, enabling operators to perform detailed tasks without unnecessary dimming. The universal fit-over frame allows the glasses to be worn comfortably with or without prescription eyewear, offering flexibility in multi-user clinics and laboratory environments.

The robust design includes side shields for extended peripheral protection and is certified to AU/NZS 2211.1:2004, CE, EN207/208, ANSI Z136, and international laser safety standards. Each pair includes a protective case, adjustable head strap, and lens cloth.
