The LG-006 Fitover Laser Glasses are designed specifically for this purpose, providing protection from 630 – 700 nm red wavelengths with an Optical Density (OD) of 1.5+, equivalent to roughly 31-fold reduction in laser power. This controlled attenuation allows some visibility of the red beam — a practical advantage when aligning equipment or verifying beam paths.
