The LG-080s Holmium laser safety glasses come with a removeable Rx insert allowing prescription lenses to be fitted into them by an optician.

The LG-080s are shown below.  They are very comfortable and have a strong frame.  The lenses are made from a filter glass lens allowing crisp visibility and have an OD 5+ at the Holmium laser wavelength of 2080 nm / 2100 nm.
