Q switched YAG lasers produce very high output powers and are typically Class 4 lasers. Due to teh high power they require high Optical Density glasses of around OD 7+. The LG-003 laser goggles are specifically designed for Q switched YAG lasers and are fully certified to Australian laser safety standards and provide a high OD 7+ level of protection at both 1064nm and 532nm. They are a fitover style that works well with or without prescription glasses underneath.
