Erbium lasers emit a wavelength of 2940 nm which is relatively far into the infrared and therefore invisible to the human eye.
The 2940 nm wavlength can be protected against by either filter glass lenses or polycarbonate lenses such as the LG-014 and LG-014N shown in the links below. Unless other laser types and wavelengths outside of 2940 nm are required to be protected against, then polycarbonate lenses are a good option as they provide excellent visibility, high protection and are lightweight making them comfortable to be worn over long periods of time.
